My stay at My Moon Hotel in Hanoi was quite a mix. On one hand, the location was fantastic, offering easy access to major attractions. but the room itself was quite small and not as clean as I had hoped. The breakfast options were very limited, which was disappointing. While the service was friendly, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.

Rooms
5.0
The standard room I booked was tiny and definitely not suitable for an enjoyable stay. Even the deluxe room I upgraded to felt cramped and didn't have a window. Not to mention, the cleanliness was not up to par.
Service
6.0
The staff was generally helpful and tried their best. they even prepped a takeaway breakfast for us. However, their constant requests for reviews felt a bit forced and detracted from the experience.
Location

The hotel is in a prime location, nestled in a quiet lane within walking distance to key sights like the Old Quarter and Train Street. a real asset for any traveler.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic, offering very limited options each day without any real variety. It was a decent start to the day, but I expected more from the dining experience.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate but could use some work. There were basic services like airport shuttle available, which was helpful.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at My Moon Hotel in Hanoi. The location was fantastic, allowing me to explore major attractions easily, but the room I initially had was quite small and lacked proper cleaning. While the staff was friendly and offered helpful services, the breakfast options were limited and the overall hotel felt dated.

Rooms
6.0
The Deluxe Queen Room was cozy but small, lacking a window which made it feel a bit stuffy. The bathroom had see-through glass walls that made privacy an issue. I later upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a lot nicer and more spacious.
Service
7.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage storage and arranged a takeaway breakfast when we left early. However, I felt pressured to give a high review at check-out, which was uncomfortable.
Location

The hotel is in a great spot, tucked away in a quiet lane yet close enough to walk to all major sites in Hanoi. It was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast had limited options and was the same every day. It could really use some variety, and I felt a bit rushed during the last moments of breakfast even though I arrived within the scheduled hours.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered standard facilities like airport shuttles and laundry services, but the overall quality felt below par for a three-star rating.

I had a mixed experience at My Moon Hotel Hanoi. The location was a perfect escape from the hustle, allowing easy walks to major attractions, but I faced some issues with the room and services. Despite the hotel being clean and the staff being friendly, the lack of privacy in the bathroom and the breakfast monotony were downers during my stay.

Rooms
6.0
The deluxe queen room I booked was small and without windows, which made it feel a bit cramped. The bathroom setup was a bit odd too, with a glass door separating the shower and toilet, leading to a lack of privacy. Overall, though, the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff were really nice and helpful, always ready to assist with travel tips and arranging shuttles. However, there were some hiccups with the service, especially when I had to remind them repeatedly about room towels.
Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet lane, not too far from the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. It was perfectly located for exploring Hanoi by foot, which I really appreciated.
Dining

Breakfast was pretty basic and offered the same options every day, which was a letdown. I think I should've skipped breakfast at the hotel and explored local cafes instead.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel provided essential facilities, like airport shuttles and laundry services, but I felt that some things need a good update. Overall, they were only average.

I had a mixed experience at My Moon Hotel in Hanoi. The location was great, just a short walk from the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. However, I found some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, especially the breakfast choices and the bathroom privacy. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall upkeep of the rooms left something to be desired.

Rooms

The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing takeaway breakfast for my early departure and helping with luggage storage during my trip. However, I did experience slow service at times.
Location

The hotel is situated in a peaceful lane, close to the attractions of the Old Quarter and local eateries. It was perfect for walking around and immersing myself in the hustle of Hanoi without being overwhelmed by noise.
Dining

The breakfast was satisfactory but repetitive, with similar options each day. There weren't many choices, which was a bit disappointing.
Facilities

The hotel offers several services like airport shuttle and room service, which is convenient. However, the overall maintenance could be improved.

I had a pleasant stay at My Moon Hotel, thanks to its convenient location near major attractions and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. However, I found the room to be smaller than expected and the breakfast options quite limited. Overall, the experience was decent, but there were a few areas that could use improvement.
